Instructions

  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Keep your back against the pad
  • Make sure your feet are in an even position
  • Lower the sled so your legs flex to at least 90°
  • Push up so your legs almost fully extend

  • Vastus medialis
  • Vastus intermedius
  • Gluteus maximus
  • Adductor magnus
  • Biceps femoris
  • Semitendinosus
