Instructions

  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Make sure your feet are in an even position
  • Lower the stack so your legs flex to at least 90°
  • Push up so your legs almost fully extend
  • Optional - Place your hands on your knees to provide assistance when pressing

  • Vastus medialis
  • Vastus intermedius
  • Adductor magnus
  • Biceps femoris
