Instructions
- Start with your elbow extended and your wrist extended (your palm should be facing up)
- Take your wrist into flexion, if needed you can do this movement with assistance from your other hand
- Once in full wrist flexion lower your wrist slowly into extension (This is the eccentric component of the exercise)
- Note - This exercise can be progressed to include weights in the hand and the use of theraband
