Instructions
- Start with your elbow extended and your wrist flexed (your palm should be faced down)
- Take your wrist into extension, if needed you can do this movement with assistance from your other hand
- Once in full wrist extension lower your wrist slowly into flexion (This is the eccentric component of the exercise)
- Note - This exercise can be progressed to include weights in the hand and the use of theraband
