Instructions
- Knee / Ankle Proprioception
- Place a cushion / pillow on the floor
- Place one foot on the pillow with your feet your feet shoulder width apart
- Have something stable to hold onto just in case, such as a table
- Lift your foot off the floor and try to balance on the foot standing on the pillow
- Time yourself and see how long you can last
