  • Knee / Ankle Proprioception
  • Place a cushion / pillow on the floor
  • Place one foot on the pillow with your feet your feet shoulder width apart
  • Have something stable to hold onto just in case, such as a table
  • Lift your foot off the floor and try to balance on the foot standing on the pillow
  • Time yourself and see how long you can last
