Instructions

  • In standing hold onto the back of a chair (or similar sized support)
  • Keep your back straight and head in line with spine
  • Take your leg out to the side – no more than 90°
  • Slowly lower your leg to the start position
  • Note – The object used for support is a balance aid and should not be used for weight bearing
