Instructions

  • Start leaning over the block
  • Hands shoulder width apart directly under your shoulders
  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Curl your legs back as far as you can - aim for at least 90°
  • Lower your legs until they almost fully extend
  • Note - a chair or similar sized object can be used for this exercise
