Instructions
- Start in half lying / sitting position
- Place a pillow under your knee so that your knee is in a flexed / bent position
- Straighten your leg, pushing the back of your knee into the pillow, this should bring your foot of the surface
- Slowly bend your leg to the starting position
- Do not simply relax once you have straightened your leg, control your leg back down to the starting position
- If you just relax you miss out half the work out
