Instructions
- Start in a standing position
- Keep your back straight and head in line with spine
- Feet shoulder width apart
- Flex your hip to bring your target leg off the ground
- Swing your leg forward and backwards at the knee
- Note – You can also do this exercise with the use of a supportive surface in standing or on a chair which allows the range of movement required
- Target – to mobilize the knee after injury also works off adverse neural tension
