Instructions

  • Start in a standing position
  • Keep your back straight and head in line with spine
  • Feet shoulder width apart
  • Flex your hip to bring your target leg off the ground
  • Swing your leg forward and backwards at the knee
  • Note – You can also do this exercise with the use of a supportive surface in standing or on a chair which allows the range of movement required
  • Target – to mobilize the knee after injury also works off adverse neural tension
