Instructions

  • Lie flat on your back
  • Keep your back straight and head in line with spine
  • Place one foot flat on the floor
  • Place the target foot flat against the wall
  • Put a piece of paper between your foot and the wall
  • Slide the paper up the wall so your knee is almost fully extended
  • Slowly return to the start position
  • Target - this is a non-weight bearing proprioceptive exercise
