Instructions
- Lie flat on your back
- Keep your back straight and head in line with spine
- Place one foot flat on the floor
- Place the target foot flat against the wall
- Put a piece of paper between your foot and the wall
- Slide the paper up the wall so your knee is almost fully extended
- Slowly return to the start position
- Target - this is a non-weight bearing proprioceptive exercise
