Instructions

  • Stand with your feet shoulder width apart
  • Keep your back straight and head in line with spine
  • Turn your feet outwards slightly so your feet are facing away from one another (this will work Vastus Medialis more than the other three quadriceps muscles)
  • Slowly bend your knees
  • Try to make sure your knees do not go over your toes
  • Slowly return to the start position
