Instructions
- Stand with your feet shoulder width apart
- Keep your back straight and head in line with spine
- Turn your feet outwards slightly so your feet are facing away from one another (this will work Vastus Medialis more than the other three quadriceps muscles)
- Slowly bend your knees
- Try to make sure your knees do not go over your toes
- Slowly return to the start position
