Instructions

  • Stand with your feet shoulder width apart
  • Keep your back straight
  • Bend your knees so your upper leg becomes parallel to the floor
  • Do not allow your knees to move past your toes
  • Come back up to the starting position
  • Perform them slow and controlled
  • If possible use a mirror to see if you are performing them correctly
