Instructions

  • Early stage lower limb rehabilitation exercise
  • Keep your back straight and head in line with spine
  • Stand with your feet shoulder width apart
  • Keep both feet on the floor and practise shifting your weight from one leg to the other
  • Target – After a long period of non-weight bearing activity this exercise is used to prepare the limb to bear weight correctly
