Instructions

  • Start in a all fours position
  • Hands under shoulders and knees under hips
  • Simultaneously bring your shoulder and same side hip closer together
  • Aiming to form a ‘U’ shape
  • Your head and foot should be included in the movement
  • Only move within a comfortable range - do not push through any pain
  • Slowly return to the start position
