Instructions
- Start in a all fours position
- Hands under shoulders and knees under hips
- Raise your target arm out to the side and above your head (a circular motion)
- Follow this movement with your head / look at your target hand throughout
- Only move within a comfortable range - do not push through any pain
- Slowly return to the start position

- Note - You may want to place your knees in a wider stance than shown in the demonstration for a more sturdy balance
