Instructions

  • Take a step forward as though preparing for a lunge
  • Back straight and head in line with spine
  • Support your back by placing your free hand on the forward knee
  • Relax your target arm completely
  • Initiate the swing from your shoulder
  • Target – to mobilize the shoulder joint after injury
