Instructions

  • Start lying flat on your back
  • Arms extended in front of you
  • Reach up as far as you can
  • Aiming to raise your shoulders off the floor
  • Lower your shoulders slowly to the start position (this is where the target muscles are being used)
  • Note - weights can be used to provide additional resistance
