Instructions

  • Start standing
  • Have your target shoulder at 90° abduction holding the end of the stick
  • Palm facing down
  • Use your arm to assist the rotation of your target arm so your fingers are pointing to the ceiling
  • Only move your target arm within a comfortable range - do not push through any pain
  • Slowly return to the start position
