Instructions

  • Start lying on your front
  • Arms extended out to the side
  • Palms pointing towards your head
  • Squeeze the bottom of your shoulder blades together, raising your arms off the floor
  • Slowly lower your arms to the start position (this is where the target muscles are being used)
  • Note - weights can be used to provide additional resistance
