Instructions

  • Start lying flat on your back
  • Hold on to each end of the stick
  • Use your arm to assist your target arm through shoulder flexion
  • Only move your target arm within a comfortable range - do not push through any pain
  • Slowly return to the start position
  • Note - You can use which ever hand position you are most comfortable with
