Instructions

  • Start in an all fours position
  • Hand under your shoulder and shoulder width apart
  • Knees under your hips
  • Start with your back straight
  • Arch your back upwards as far as you can with your head down
  • Simultaneously arch your back downwards and lift your head back
  • Return to the start position
  • Do not jerk the movement
