  • Stand in a walking position (you can do this exercise with the support of a wall)
  • The leg you are going to stretch should be behind you
  • Keep your rear leg straight
  • Keep your rear foot flat on the floor
  • Bend your front leg and lean your body forward and down until you feel a stretch in your calf
  • Keep your feet pointing forward throughout
  • Hold this position for 30 seconds
