Instructions
- Stand in a walking position (you can do this exercise with the support of a wall)
- The leg you are going to stretch should be behind you
- Keep your rear leg straight
- Keep your rear foot flat on the floor
- Bend your front leg and lean your body forward and down until you feel a stretch in your calf
- Keep your feet pointing forward throughout
- Hold this position for 30 seconds
