Instructions

  • Keep your back straight and head up
  • Put the soles of your feet together
  • Pull your feet towards your hips with your hands
  • Use your hands to push your knees down
  • You should feel the stretch in your groin
  • Hold the stretch for 30 seconds then slowly release
