Instructions

  • Take your feet wide apart to give a wide stance
  • Keep both your feet pointing forwards
  • Lunge to one side bending your knee whilst keeping your feet in the same position
  • Stretch will be felt on the straight leg
  • Hold this position for 30 seconds

  1. Should the model really be letting her right knee roll inwards in this exercise? Surely it needs to be in alignment with the right foot!

  2. Good observation and you are correct.
    The aim is to stretch the groin on the other leg so it is not that important, however I must point out that our model here is hyper-mobile.
