  • Start lying flat on your back
  • Knees bent to about 90° with your feet together on the floor
  • Simultaneously take both legs out to the side while keeping your feet together
  • Take your legs as far as you can so you can feel the stretch in your inner thigh and groin
  • Hold for 30 seconds then slowly release
