  • Stand with your feet wider than shoulder width
  • Keep your feet flat
  • Back straight and head in line with spine
  • Keep your legs as straight as possible
  • Flex forward at the hips
  • Aim to touch the floor with both hands
  • Hold for 30 seconds then slowly release
