  • In standing (hold onto a stable surface if needed), bend your knee and take your foot towards your glutes
  • Take hold of your foot/ankle
  • Keep your back straight and bring your bent knee in line with your standing knee
  • This will stretch the quadriceps
  • Hold this position for 30 seconds
