Instructions

In standing (hold onto a stable surface if needed), bend your knee and take your foot towards your glutes
Take hold of your foot/ankle
Keep your back straight and bring your bent knee in line with your standing knee
This will stretch the quadriceps
Hold this position for 30 seconds
