Instructions
- Flex your elbow to 90°
- Keep your upper arm in line with your body
- Palm up
- Extend your wrist to stretch the forearm (fingers pointing down)
- Use your other hand to assist the stretch
- Hold for 30 seconds then slowly release
- Optional - Support your arm on a table
- Note – When applying pressure do so to the hand not the fingers
- Note – Flexibility varies from person to person – you are not expected to perform the extreme range of movement shown in the video
