  • Flex your elbow to 90°
  • Keep your upper arm in line with your body
  • Palm down
  • Flex your wrist to stretch the forearm (fingers pointing down)
  • Use your other hand to assist the stretch
  • Hold for 30 seconds then slowly release
  • Optional - Support your arm on a table
  • Note – When applying pressure do so to the hand not the fingers
  • Note – Flexibility varies from person to person – you are not expected to perform the extreme range of movement shown in the video
