Instructions

Flex your elbow to 90°
Keep your upper arm in line with your body
Palm down
Flex your wrist to stretch the forearm (fingers pointing down)
Use your other hand to assist the stretch
Hold for 30 seconds then slowly release
Optional - Support your arm on a table
