What it Effects

Acromioclavicular
Coracoacromial
Conoid
Trapezoid ligament



Mechanism of Injury

Commonly due to a fall onto the tip of the shoulder as this can force the scapula (shoulder blade) down and stretch the ligaments, therefore straining them

Signs and Symptoms

Pain
Tenderness
