i found this is a very good & helfull website for all workers who has interested in body building mostly i impressed & like video examples. very effectively promote.this site is simple but powerfull impect. i have seen many site but most of all complicated but this is a very great. carry on i like this

Hey! Great site! This site has helped me put some variety in my workout schedule. That has definitely had an impact on keeping me in the gym! Thanks for all the help, I always like to view this site to find out a new way to make my muscles burn!
Hey cooper ive been doing biceps with dumbells after it i get a pain in my arm for like 2 days is that suppost to happen or am i not doing it right and great site cooper ! Thnxs

Hi Tom, if you are getting pain other than that of muscle fatigue I would say you are doing something wrong. Are you doing a preacher curl or standing bicep curl?
You could be lifting too much weight.
Refer to the exercise encyclopedia for some variations on the bicep curl and see if it still hurts.
