your site rocks. i’m short, and 17 the only thing i could have going for me would be muscles. my uppers arms are now 6 inches bigger then when i started using this site. thanks cooper

Hi,
I wanted to start to go to a gym and workout but I’m only 16 years old and not really tall, so I’m growing, so I would ask you if it’s good or not good to train at the gym at my age and will my growth stops ?

Hi,
There is no problem working out when you are 16, it will not stop your body growing.
Note that because your body has not yet finished growing it will be more difficult to build muscle than it will be in a few years time.
I would recommend training for fitness and muscle tone for the time being.
