Instructions
- Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
- Lift with your trapezius not your arms
- Keep your arms straight
- Raise your shoulders as high as possible
- Lower your shoulders so you can feel a slight stretch

Be sure to NOT role your shoulders when performing shrugs, as this action will put undo strain on your rotator cuffs. Booyah

Excellent tip there.
Too many people in the gym roll their shoulders during shrugs.
