Instructions
- Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
- Place your hand and knee on the bench for support
- Your hand should be under your shoulder
- Keep your upper arm parallel with your torso
- Start with your arm flexed to 90°
- Extend your arm so it almost fully extends
- Return to the start position
