Instructions

  • Start in a kneeling position
  • Support your forearm on your knee and flex your wrist (your palm should be facing down)
  • Take your wrist into extension, if needed you can do this movement with assistance from your other hand
  • Once in full wrist extension lower your wrist slowly into flexion (This is the eccentric component of the exercise)
  • Note - This exercise can be progressed to include weights in the hand and the use of theraband
