Instructions

  • Keep your back straight
  • Stand with your feet shoulder width apart
  • Turn your feet outwards slightly so your feet are facing away from one another
  • (This will work the Vastus Medialis more than the other three quadriceps muscles)
  • Slowly bend your knees
  • Slowly come back to the starting position
