To help build muscle thickness on your back try letting your arms stretch as far away from you as possible before pulling the weight as close to you as possible.

Allowing the fibres to move through their full range by stretching and squeezing will mean they are being used to their full potential.

Scheduled Downtime

The server CoopersGuns.com is hosted on is being relocated to a brand new, purpose built datacenter.

If all goes to plan, the downtime will be minimal and between the hours of  22:40 on the 18th May and 07:00 on the 19th May

Tip for now: Chest

Dumbells are great for isolating the pecs. You can perform a wider range of motion with dumbbells than you can with a straight bar and therefore target a greater number of muscle fibres depending on what angle you press from.

To further isolate your chest why not try a fly movement instead of a press movement.
