Instructions
- Lie on your back with your knees bent
- Take your spine into neutral
- Draw in your lower tummy by turning on your core muscles
- Control your breathing whilst keeping the core muscles switched on
- Breathe out and take your feet off the floor
- Begin a cycling motion with your legs
- Maintain this for 10-15 seconds
- Breathe in as you regain the starting position
