  • Lie on your back with your knees bent
  • Take your spine into neutral
  • Draw in your lower tummy by turning on your core muscles
  • Control your breathing whilst keeping the core muscles switched on
  • Breathe out and slide one foot along the floor
  • Be careful not to loose the neutral spine position
  • Breathe in and slowly return your leg to the starting position
  • Do this for both legs
