Instructions
- Lie on your back with your knees bent
- Take your spine into neutral
- Draw in your lower tummy by turning on your core muscles
- Control your breathing whilst keeping the core muscles switched on
- Breathe out and slide one foot along the floor
- Be careful not to loose the neutral spine position
- Breathe in and slowly return your leg to the starting position
- Do this for both legs
