Muscles Used

Instructions

  • Hold the cable with both hands
  • Draw the cable up across your body while twisting at the trunk
  • (Like shovelling soil)
  • Lower the cable back to the start position
  • All movement should be generated by your obliques, try to minimize the use of the arms
  • Note - Keep your legs bent so you do not twist at the knee

  • Rectus Abdominis
  • Obliques

  1. The 2 sets in your program, does that mean 2 sets for the right and 2 sets for the left side?

  2. Yes, you would always do equal sets and reps for each side of your body.
