Instructions
- Hold the cable with both hands
- Draw the cable up across your body while twisting at the trunk
- (Like shovelling soil)
- Lower the cable back to the start position
- All movement should be generated by your obliques, try to minimize the use of the arms
- Note - Keep your legs bent so you do not twist at the knee

- Rectus Abdominis
- Obliques
The 2 sets in your program, does that mean 2 sets for the right and 2 sets for the left side?

Yes, you would always do equal sets and reps for each side of your body.
