Muscles Used


  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Position your toes on the bottom of the sled
  • Raise your heals as high as possible
  • Lower your heals so you feel a slight stretch in your calves
  • Note - You should place the safety stops at their highest point in case your feet slip off the sled
