Muscles Used


  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Grip the bar where you feel comfortable, shoulder width or wider
  • (A narrow grip will target the triceps, a wide grip will target the chest)
  • Keep your wrists straight
  • Position the bar above your chest - Not your neck
  • Lower the bar so it almost touches your chest
  • Raise the bar so your arms almost fully extend

  • Pectoralis Major
  • Anterior Deltoid
  • Triceps Brachii

I also have access to the gym and for the martial arts and gym it costs me £49 a month. What I also have done is cut out all fizzy drinks. I have cut out all fast food. I use to eat and MCDonalds 3 times a day for about 4 months until I noticed my trousers did not fit me. Change white bread for wholemeal bread etc .
