  1. Hi there ive been training hard on my chest for the past 8 months now doing different exercises and working the mustles correctly as ive been training with friends of mine who are now very toned and looking big and good although myself has stayed the same as ive always been. My strength is getting better and im lifting more and more each month but i still dont have shape to my pecs and i dont even look like i work out, this is realy getting me down and making me think about steriods which i DONT want to do.
    Is there any advice you can give me on how i can more toned??
