Muscles Used

Instructions

  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Hold the cable with an overhand grip
  • Face away from the pulley
  • Hold the cable above your head
  • Lean forward
  • Keep upper arms parallel with the floor
  • Extend your arms out in front of you so your arms are almost fully extended
  • Lower the cable to the start position with your arms flexed
  • All movement should be generated by your triceps - Do not swing your body to assist the action
