Instructions
- Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
- Hold the cable with an overhand grip
- Face away from the pulley
- Hold the cable above your head
- Lean forward
- Keep upper arms parallel with the floor
- Extend your arms out in front of you so your arms are almost fully extended
- Lower the cable to the start position with your arms flexed
- All movement should be generated by your triceps - Do not swing your body to assist the action
