Instructions
- This exercise works the quadriceps
- Sit on the end of a bed or chair in an upright sitting position
- Your legs will be relaxed and your knees bent with your feet off the floor
- Straighten your leg to bring your foot off the floor
- Take your leg as straight as you can get it
- When you have done this lower your leg slowly to the ground
- Do not simply relax once you have straightened your leg, control your leg back down to the starting position
- If you just relax you miss out half the work out
