  • Start in a all fours position
  • Hands under shoulders and knees under hips
  • Raise your target arm out to the side and above your head (a circular motion)
  • Follow this movement with your head / look at your target hand throughout
  • Only move within a comfortable range - do not push through any pain
  • Slowly return to the start position


  • Consult a medical professional before performing this exercise
  • Note - You may want to place your knees in a wider stance than shown in the demonstration for a more sturdy balance
