Instructions
- Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
- Bend your arms slightly
- Lift straight up - Not backwards
- Optional - Hold the frame for balance/stability
- Raise the cable so it is level with (or slightly above) your shoulders
- Lower the cable to waist height but do not let the weight stack touch down
- All movement should be generated by your deltoids, do not swing your body to assist the action
